The scheme at St Leonards Court was undertaken by Countryside Properties with Orchard Plumbing providing mechanical services.
Orchard Plumbing selected Sycous on the recommendation of Hackney Council to supply and commission 71 new properties in Hackney with a PAYG solution.
We put forward a system that had been installed across Hackney, which included the Secure Liberty 100 PAYG solution that had been used in properties across Hackney.
Our Project Delivery team was involved at an early-stage and was able to support Orchard Plumbing and their team, understanding their requirements and being able to accommodate their delivery schedules, as well as handover dates.
Throughout the project we not only provided remote support but also attended site, making sure all equipment was installed correctly so no issues would be experienced when we came to commission.
This proactive approach meant that when commissioning was required, we had our Health and Safety file in place and our engineers inducted. This meant commissioning was completed quicker than originally planned without any issues or defects identified.
