This is a key commercial role, managing the relationship and sales opportunities of Sycous’ client base, with our range of products and services for the metering and billing of heat networks and other utilities.
You will be responsible to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and customer service.

This role will be responsible for providing the technical knowledge, training and support to enable the successful delivery of all field-based works undertaken by Sycous.
The role will ensure that the technical aspects of all installations and compliance works we undertake are managed, as well as the day-to-day management of the technical delivery aspects of projects.

The purpose of this role is to deliver consistently great customer service to existing and new project customers. You will be providing a first line of support, carry out project’s administrative duties and ensure escalated queries are resolved quickly and customers kept up to date throughout.

We are looking for a proactive and inquisitive person to provide day-to-day configuration, deployment and maintenance of all data systems. This includes metering, AMR, PAYG and IoT systems for utilities and housing providers.
