Sycous are dedicated to continuously improving the experience we provide to our customers.
We’ve enhanced our mySycous.com customer portal to give the residents we look after a ‘go to’ knowledge base for finding support and managing their account with us.
Vulnerable mySycous customers can now notify our team of their circumstances through a dedicated Priority services register form, which can be completed utilising our Recite Me assistive technology toolbar.
We’ve also added a Service updates section, informing residents of any network issues in their area. Residents can now check for any outages at their property, or notify our team of any issues they are experiencing in their property.
Our new Having an issue? diagnostics form allows residents to self-serve and troubleshoot their own issues. By answering some basic questions about their utility supply, residents will be able to instantly receive an answer on how to fix an issue, or who they need to contact to investigate further.
Plus, links to individual mySycous FAQ’s can now be copied/pasted at ease! Allowing our Support Team and Customers to effortlessly share knowledge on a range of topics, from How can I make a top-up for my PAYG meter? to What cost of living support is available?

- Accessibility help?: mySycous have teamed up with Recite Me to include an assistive technology toolbar, which allows users to customise the language and other features to suit their needs.
